According to Indian media reports, Asaduddin Owaisi was attacked on his way back from an election rally at Kathar in Meerut.
He told Indian media that while I was returning from Meerut to New Delhi, two armed men opened fire on my car near Chhajrasi Toll Plaza.
He also said that there were 3 or 4 attackers in total.
Asaduddin Owaisi said that the tires of my car were punctured due to firing and I came back from there in another car.
